Mentorship Matters.
Discovering and nurturing young talent is something LEO consistently invests in through avenues like our summer internship program. For eight to 10 weeks in the summer, we take on a number of paid, part-time interns in our offices who are integrated into our teams with areas of focus ranging from production to meeting services to operations and beyond.
Real-World, Hands-On Events Experience
- It’s experiential. This isn’t your typical filing-and-fetching coffee-style internship, no. You’ll be working with our teams on real client projects, learning about the live-events industry, and even have opportunities to travel and work on show site.
- It’s paid. We value your time, talent, and dedication, and we believe you should be rewarded for your hard work and ideas.
- It could open doors. It’s not uncommon for our interns to join the team full time after completing the program. You may have a leg up if we have suitable positions open and you apply to become a long-term LEO.

Ready to apply? Applications are accepted in the fall and followed by our interview process with offers extended by the end of January. All internships are in person, with opportunities in each of our office spaces in Memphis, Nashville, and Chattanooga. Human Resources and leadership teams will work with hired interns to determine areas of focus within the events space.
