In the beautiful Tapatio Cliffs of Phoenix, Arizona, Kowa Pharmaceuticals invited their national sales teams to “Rise to the Challenge.”
With such a breathtaking backdrop, the event was primed to be filled with equally enchanting meetings, parties, décor, entertainment and more thanks to LEO Events. With almost total creative freedom, LEO took to transforming the conference center inside and out. Kowa engaged LEO to encourage their approximately 325 attendees to continue to embrace opportunities and overcome challenges.
Everything was brought together seamlessly thanks to our integrated app. Digital registration was quick and easy to use. LEO saw a 92% login rate and a 89% check in rate through the app. The app made everything from travel to registration to personalized agendas easy to access and understand. It was also “Rise to the Challenge” themed and included a physical gifiting element to encourage attendee engagement – to great success!
Kowa told LEO they were extremely pleased with the 2023 National Sales Meeting. Their surveys showed it was the highest rated meeting Kowa has ever hosted!
