Creating More Space

LEO Events is experiencing unprecedented revenue and employee growth with a 510% increase in revenue and a 155% workforce expansion in just the last five years. To accommodate our fast-growing teams, we expanded our offices in Chattanooga, adding 34 work stations within an additional 16,000+ square-feet of space. We also celebrated the grand opening of our new building in Nashville, located in the historic, vibrant, and bustling Hillsboro Village neighborhood.

Previously owned by recording artist Toby Keith, the building has a rich history having been designed by renowned Nashville architect Earl Swensson, who is recognized for designing many of the city’s most notable buildings. The hip, versatile space is outfitted with 40 individual workspaces, an ultra modern co-working/gathering area, and a new, in-house virtual production studio, Kingfisher, that LEO’s talented media team will manage.

Creating New Capabilities

Kingfisher adds inherent value to the business, broadening our creative offerings, which allows us to quickly and efficiently develop the highest caliber of creative content. In addition to a traditional green-screen space, the studio will feature editing suites, multi-use animation bays, and gear that unlocks XR abilities through tech only available in a handful of studios in the southeast.

“Through both our new space and the strategic opening of Kingfisher, we are actively broadening our creative palette of service offerings we can pitch to clients, both existing and prospective,” LEO Events Principal, Kent Underwood, said.

The virtual production studio is expecting to open publicly in 2026.

Our Commitment

LEO’s presence in Nashville marks our commitment to offering unrivaled client services in experiential marketing and an eagerness to continue forging strong partnerships — local and otherwise. As a full-service live events agency with more than 110 team members, LEO brings a full spectrum of capabilities to every program. Our leadership asserts that the investment in the new building and production studio is about more than an upgraded work space. It’s about sharing in Nashville’s incredible forward momentum and future.

“Nashville is becoming a hub for creativity and innovation, and we want to be right at the heart of it, building partnerships and expanding the services we can offer clients,” Senior Director of Media Production at LEO, Stacey Ladd, said. “Between the new Nashville office and the Kingfisher launch, we’re doubling down on what this market means to us. We are committed to investing in this city, our people, and the clients we serve here.”
