LEO Events has named Josh Scull Senior Vice President of People & Process, based in the agency’s Nashville office. With 17 years of human resources leadership experience, Josh will help strengthen LEO’s teams, operations, and culture as the agency continues to grow.

Most recently, Josh spent more than seven years with Paramount Global, serving as Vice President of Human Resources for CBS Digital Sports & News. In that role, he supported more than 900 employees and 2,000 contractors across multiple business units, helping teams navigate organizational change and an evolving media landscape.

His experience spans organizational transformation, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and change management. Prior to his time at Paramount, Josh spent nearly a decade with Oak Ridge National Laboratory, leading HR strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and university recruiting.

At LEO, Josh will focus on aligning people and processes with the agency’s strategic priorities, creating the structure and support teams need to confidently execute their best work.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business, Josh earned both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, with a collateral in International Business. He remains involved with the university through recruiting and the development of future HR professionals.
