Here\u2019s how LEO ensures event pros are able to enjoy this all-expenses paid strategic planning meeting:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3579\" src=\"https:\/\/leoevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Roar-Blog-photos.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1113\" height=\"515\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>1. Immersive General Sessions<\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019ve said it before, and we\u2019ll say it again \u2013 it\u2019s all about the content. If attendees aren\u2019t excited about the sessions, the information is not a good fit. LEO uses The Roar as an opportunity to take a look at the past year and jump forward with plans for the next. Through a Town Hall Session with agency principals and senior leadership, the entire team has the opportunity to be open and honest with questions, thoughts, and ideas. An industry panel is also pulled together with partners and vendors to discuss up-and-coming trends.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2. LEO Trivia<\/h3>\n<p>Competition is fierce and stakes are high \u2013 in a friendly matter, of course. For LEO\u2019s annual trivia game, teams are divided up to beat the clock answering trivia questions pertaining to programs throughout the year. This game incorporates recognition of sales, profitability, and accounts in an engaging way for all levels throughout the organization to work together for the prize.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>3. Spark LEO: The Big Idea Challenge<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3585 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/leoevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/SparkLogo-Full.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"144\" height=\"129\" \/><\/h3>\n<p>Inspired by Walmart\u2019s recent #sparkkindness campaign and with a nod to ABC\u2019s Shark Tank, this new addition to The Roar created a live pitch forum to encourage LEOs to develop competitive ideas, innovative solutions, or unique startups for LEO Events.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3583 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/leoevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/LEO-Gives_Full-Color.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"140\" height=\"142\" \/>4. Community Give-Back<\/h3>\n<p>At LEO, giving back is a big part of who we are as an agency, so it\u2019s only fitting that we participate in a community give-back exercise. This year, we joined in on \u201cA Day of Warmth,\u201d providing coats, gloves, scarves, and socks to a local restaurant as it provides warm meals to those in need on New Year\u2019s Day.
