Our corporate office is in Memphis, with additional offices in Nashville, Chattanooga, and Asheville, NC.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Position Summary:<\/h6>\n<p>The Executive Producer is responsible for all aspects of a specific production or a portion of a larger scale live, hybrid, or virtual event, ensuring margin goals on individual show or project, as well as overall budget management.\u00a0 This position produces all aspects of B2B Events, including budgeting, hiring, client interaction, reconciliation, and execution, or parts of events as assigned. The ideal candidate has an innovative, creative mindset paired with exemplary project management and leadership skills.<\/p>\n<p>This position is based out of Nashville, TN and must work from a LEO office at least 3 days\/week.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Budget development and management:<\/strong> Responsible for creating, maintaining, and reconciling budgets; monitoring and returning required margins; maintaining detailed record of all expenditures, PCN&#8217;s and billings and work closely with Finance to maintain and reconcile all budgets in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li><strong>Procurement and Contracts:<\/strong> Negotiate vendor deals which most benefit the company and the client; identify staff required for program fulfillment and identify, negotiate, and secure freelancers and third-party support<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proposals:<\/strong> Develop proposal scope and budget in conjunction with the Creative, Digital, and Meeting Services teams; develop show budget that meets client stated objectives; provide all required production elements as required by the Creative team; identify staff required for proposal fulfillment and identify, secure, and negotiate freelancers and third-party support<\/li>\n<li><strong>Video Production:<\/strong> Work alongside Creative team to execute and supervise the production process of the creation of videos. This includes timelines, production schedules, remote shoots, and client deliverables.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pre-Production:<\/strong> Collaborate with other teams to activate and drive creative elements including videos, productions, talent, etc.; work with technical production department to secure all needed technical staging and freelancers; supervise and facilitate team communication; set and enforce all deadlines; identify and ensure all client deliverables are met; develop production schedules, show flows, production timelines, etc.; hire all freelance staff as needed and direct Production Coordinators and\/or Associate Producer in the creation and maintenance of LEO-central communications<\/li>\n<li><strong>Event Implementation\/Execution:<\/strong> Manage flawless execution of all elements on-site; identify and manage PCN&#8217;s as needed; coordinate all team members including creative, talent, production and technical; ensure all client initiatives and requirements are met<\/li>\n<li><strong>Post-Production:<\/strong> Reconcile all invoices, contracts, and budget as listed above; create post- show assets folder physically and digitally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6>Qualifications:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to manage teams and work independently<\/li>\n<li>Excellent mentorship qualities to aid in the development of others<\/li>\n<li>Strong executive presence and confident decision maker<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage production with Budgets exceeding $2,000,000<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, excellent communicator and collaborator<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to handle multiple accounts\/projects in a dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li>Proactive approach in anticipating and handling assignments and potential conflicts<\/li>\n<li>Requires ability to work extended hours as needed, including some evenings and weekends<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work remotely and travel significantly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Competencies:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of event production<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work unsupervised on small to medium projects<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leader among employees and peers<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiating skills and capacity<\/li>\n<li>Creative in thought and actions; ability to actively anticipate obstacles and create\/suggest solutions<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Motivated self-starter that embraces the opportunity to work independently and tackle other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be a team player and work within a group setting to support as needed, no matter how small the task or role needed to achieve a successful outcome<\/li>\n<li>Able to handle numerous accounts\/projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to self-manage priorities and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively co-manage the project team<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office Suite, Dropbox, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and other basic software; Adobe CS6, Keynote, and other graphic software a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6>Environmental Conditions and Physical Demands:<\/h6>\n<p>Employee required to spend a portion of time remaining in a seated position looking at a computer screen.\u00a0 Employee will be required to do some standing and walking.
