Hilton’s three award-winning brands that are part of the All-Suites portfolio – Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, and Home2 Suites – recognized top hotels and sales managers during its annual All Suites hotel leadership conference in Anaheim, California. Visualizing a conference experience that was both fully immersive for attendees and also reflective of Hilton’s brands and objectives, LEO generated dynamic content experiences and engagement zones for all 3,500 attendees.
LEO provided creative, digital, and production services through an immersive, content-rich approach incorporating:
- 31 total content hours
- 63 presentation decks spread among multiple stages
- 3 simultaneous general sessions
- 233 environmental components including meterboards, column wraps, and flag poles
- 12 hours of attendee activation interactions including networking and exhibit hubs and larger than life games
- 3-Dimensional branded signage
- 150 award plaques on a wall unit to surprise attendee winners with a photo opportunity, all while revealing a “Future Forward” theme graphic to display winners names throughout
