For almost 20 years, AutoZone has turned to LEO Events to produce their National Sales Meeting (NSM) – the largest annual gathering of AutoZone field leadership, executives, and store managers. The meeting serves as a catalyst for the company’s goals, where they kick off their new fiscal year and celebrate the previous year’s accomplishments. In 2023, more than 3,200 AutoZoners attended this five-day event in downtown Memphis, where LEO Events managed thousands of hotel rooms, multiple venues, and utilized every square foot of the Renasant Convention Center.


By utilizing print-on-demand name badges for attendees, vendors, and volunteers, LEO could provide a personalized user experience. Attendees used their name to quickly search for their registration data and could easily make any adjustments necessary prior to printing, allowing for a seamless and sustainable experience.
The attendee event app was created, designed, and managed by LEO Events. Attendees used the app for customized agendas, travel information, FAQs, expo vendors, event maps, seating assignments, health and safety information, and a social stream where they could post photos throughout the week. The app also featured a user profile section, where dietary restrictions were listed, which attendees could show to food services to easily communicate their needs in a sustainable and easily identifiable manner.
