Position Summary:

LEO Events is searching for a Warehouse Manager to optimize our space and ensure that every facet of inventory and material management is conducted efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and organization. Applicants must be willing to travel up to 10-15%. This position is based out of our Chattanooga, TN office.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Manage a project schedule to ensure all ship/due dates are met
  • Attend all weekly staff meetings in order to stay abreast of upcoming events and communicate effectively with other departments
  • Manage the inbound process ensuring all returning materials are inbounded properly and timely, ensuring all discrepancies and/or damages are documented and resolved
  • Maintain warehouse inventory through asset inventory system
  • Manage all inbound/outbound materials through Asset Panda software
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse with a strong emphasis on safety
  • Perform maintenance and light repairs for the warehouse and office building
  • Research, hire, and assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing, or general building repairs
  • Travel to the Memphis office for warehouse assistance 1x year


  • 3+ years’ experience in warehouse management and/or inventory systems
  • Proven experience as a handyman
  • General knowledge of safety training
  • Event experience a plus, but not required
  • Forklift/heavy equipment operator certification a plus, but not required


  • Proactive self-starter that acts with a sense of urgency

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Display a positive attitude and promote a harmonious work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite warehouse management software


Environmental Conditions and Physical Demands:

Must have the ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Stoop, sit, kneel, and work in front of a computer screen.
