Infor takes care of the technology so businesses can focus on doing business. What a coincidence. LEO takes care of the event so Infor can focus on educating, wooing and entertaining their guests.

Welcome to innovation’s coming out party.

As one of the largest providers of enterprise business software in the world, Infor has a deep and varied customer base. A lot of businesses stand to benefit from the innovative products Infor introduces every year at Inforum. This event had to be as exciting as the new products and ideas being presented. We got this.

Inforum 2014 is Infor’s worldwide user conference for customers, partners and other key company stakeholders, including press, analysts and investors. Approximately 7,000 people from all over the globe attend Inforum. That’s a lot of people and this is a big deal to say the least. This is Infor’s annual opportunity to create a ton of excitement around the launch of key products and to showcase innovations. Ideally, it is also the perfect time to deepen their relationships with customers and key constituents.

With a very a tight time frame and an even tighter load-in schedule, LEO produced all General Sessions including set design, staging, content, content flow and graphics. We also developed and executed the welcome experience and themed signage for the entire venue. Fast, furious and unforgettable. Check.

The central focus of Inforum was The Hub, a 330,000 sq./ft. expo space and networking area, which included 100,000 sq./ft. of exhibits and booths as well as dining areas, sponsor booths and a small theater. The Hub design had to be easy for attendees to navigate, with impactful signage and interactive displays. In short, we needed to create some hubbub both about, and all around, the Hub. LEO created the initial environmental design for flexible space and traffic flow and was with Infor every step of the way down to visuals and the printing and management of all installed signage.

Inforum 2014 finished up strong with a blowout party of 6,000 people all enjoying a live concert featuring the band Journey. LEO handled all the details for the entertainment including booking the talent, all negotiations and advance, and artist hospitality and logistics. From the opening welcome to the second encore of , “Don’t stop believin’”, this big event delivered.
